already shelled and ready to eat
that is love.
i absolutely love this fruit, but find it discouraging to eat because it takes time and makes a huge mess. usually i split it open, stand over the sink with a dishtowel as a bib, and bite into it, making a huge mess. so having it ready to use feels so luxurious. it's been in every meal we've had this week!
