had some friends over to ring in the new year...

i love eli in party - mode.  does not happen very often. 

over the weekend we hung our xmas present from zeina...

and made fattoush for dinner last night

we took a long walk.  talked about our goals for twenty eleven. 

so far, a lovely start to the new year.
